My internship has started. I work at a radio station and do filing, drop off bank deposits, answer the phone, check gas levels in vans... All that fun intern stuff.

But I also get to be on the air, learn how to work in the studio, go to live remotes, write commercials, listen to songs and decide whether they could possibly go on air... All kinds of fun stuff!

Plus everyone I work with is really nice. Except one individual, who will remain unnamed.

My final class is well underway. One of my fellow interns is in my work group, which is interesting. We get to advise the university's Small Business Development Center, yay! It should be a fun campaign, I can't wait to see how it works out.

I've got a new cat. Bella. She's my little sister's. The apartment she lives in doesn't allow animals and she got busted, so now I get to take care of her. And of course Bella got sick two days after we got her. Now I have to squirt medicine down her throat every day, fun.

Next week I have to go to a job fair, and get dressed up in my big girl suit. What a blast. I don't think I'm interested in working for anyone that's going to be there (I looked over the list). None of them want a PR major, it's all for business school graduates. Bleh. It should be good experience though. I guess.

Edward's birthday is coming up. I was going to get him The Orange Box, but he told me his parents are getting it for him. Shitty. Now I have to think of a new plan.

So that's what's going on with me. I have to make an eye doctor appointment which sucks, because every time I go, Danni comes with me and the women who work out front won't shut their yaps about us being twins.

If identical twins were an uncommon thing, I wouldn't be surprised by all the dumbass questions I get asked. But seeing as twins are all over all the time, it gets pretty old when people ask if we're telepathic or if we spoke a private language when we were little.

No and no. Pretty much no to any question you may ask us. Ever.

Remember that. Also remember that it's rude to ask personal questions, no matter who you're talking to.

back in high school I knew this pair of identical twins, but I only knew one of them personally. it was funny because of just how different their personalities were. it was also funny that people who didn't know them were all "how can you tell them apart?" it's easy, once you get to know at least one of them.

your internship sounds like it would be fun. I think it would be really cool to work at a radio station

I've been reading your blog for almost five years and I didn't know you had a twin.

Or a younger sister.

You mention a big sister a lot. And Edward. And the proper ettiqute I should exhibit if I ever find myself in the girls bathroom.

I know a few sets of twins. I think the rudest thing I know of them expereincing was some grody woman at walmart asking if they got their lady times at the same time. Eeew and none of her buisness..

Good luck with your internship and lame buisness major event LOL.

Oooh fun
I'd be so nervous going on air though....I try to talk way to fast in general, so naturally some of my words run together...and then there's the fact that my voice gets extra gurbly on the telephone. I'd suck as a radio personality.

Did you know that the Black Box on an airplane is actually orange...just that usually when they salvage the box, it's charred black from the crash?? Weird...

Lol sorry
I was reminded of that last bit of trivia by your comment about the "Orange Box..." Yes i'm stupidly random...
